Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care
- 4-day workweek (~3.5 clinical, 0.5 admin)
- No night or weekend call
- Average 16–18 patients per day
- Strong interdisciplinary support and low staff turnover

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Leadership experience or interest in a Medical Director role
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach

- Interest in long-term practice in a community-focused setting
