Direct Primary Care - Midwest University Town 

An established and growing Direct Primary Care organization in Missouri is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a distinctive opportunity combining relationship-based primary care with physician leadership.

This is not a traditional high-volume primary care position. The incoming physician will maintain a smaller patient panel while working alongside an experienced team of Nurse Practitioners in an established membership-based care model.

Four days in the office plus one remote administrative day

Compensation
Generous initial base compensation with potential upside tied to the physician's desired patient-panel and NP leadership scope.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who:

Values relationship-based primary care
Communicates confidently and collaboratively
Is comfortable working with experienced advanced practice providers
Can provide physician leadership without micromanaging a capable team
Appreciates clinical autonomy and an innovative practice environment
Previous Direct Primary Care or concierge medicine experience is welcomed but not required.

Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Missouri medical license. Visa sponsorship is not available.
